Cleric Epic 1.0 — Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh

The Cleric's iconic sprinkler. Cross-continental undead-slaying chain with a climactic raid.

The Cleric Epic 1.0 rewards the Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh — a caster weapon with undead-slay proc and a click-cast healing effect. One of the more straightforward Epic 1.0 chains in terms of mechanics, but the final raid step is a real guild coordination test.

Reward

  • Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh — 1-hand blunt.
  • On-hit: bonus damage vs undead.
  • Click: free heal on cooldown.

Chain shape (approximate)

  1. Starting turn-in — accept from Cleric trainer in your deity's main temple (Marr in Qeynos/Freeport, Rodcet Nife in Qeynos, or other deity-specific starts).
  2. Undead-component phase — collect undead-drop components from Classic-era Befallen, Mistmoore, Unrest, and specific Kunark undead zones (Kaesora, Chardok outskirts).
  3. Kunark quest expansion — chain extends into Kunark with named-undead kills. Some require raid-coordination.
  4. Plane of Hate step — the defining raid step. Kill a raid-level undead aspect or Innoruuk's servant.
  5. Assembly — final combine at a deity-aligned altar.
  6. Turn-in — receive the Sprinkler from the anchoring priest.

Why this chain matters

Most guilds prioritize helping their Clerics complete Epic because a Cleric with Sprinkler-click adds 1 free CH per ~10-minute cooldown to every raid. Direct multiplier on healing throughput.

Custom race-class note

Clerics of different deities have slightly different chain variants:

  • Marr (good) — Qeynos/Freeport temple start.
  • Innoruuk / Cazic-Thule (evil) — starts in Neriak or evil-aligned temples.
  • Rodcet Nife (good) — Qeynos Temple of Life.

If your character's race doesn't match a home-aligned deity, the Custom Combos guide is your first stop.
